Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026. MKW Consulting ("we", "us") operates propdesktools.com and sells the Prop Desk Tools software.

What we collect

Purchase: name, email, and what you bought (payment card details are handled by Stripe, never by us).
License checks: license key, product, NinjaTrader machine ID, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, PC operating system and NinjaTrader version, time zone, and check-in times.
Help Assistant (optional, can be switched off): questions it could not answer, with numbers and email addresses removed; messages you send to support.

We do not collect your trading account numbers, balances, positions, orders or passwords. Prop Desk data stays on your computer.

To deliver and license the software, prevent key sharing, provide support and improve the product.

We use Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Hetzner) and an email delivery service. We do not sell your data.

License records are kept while your license is active and for up to 2 years after. Email support@propdesktools.com to access or delete your data.
