Trade Manager

Enter with Chart Trader. We handle the rest.

Trade Manager sits under Chart Trader and manages every entry you make with its own buttons - no ATM template, no strategy to enable.

Stop & max loss

Stop in ticks, or a max loss in dollars for the whole position - re-sized automatically when you add.

▲

Target & goal

Target in ticks or a dollar goal. Set Max fills in today's room to max from Prop Desk.

BE

Break-even, your way

One click to entry plus your offset; right-click for quick picks, any offset or Auto BE. Details below.

↗

Trailer

3 bars back, X bars back, a fixed tick distance, or keep all open profit except $X - optionally starting after +N ticks.

Warnings on your chart

Room to max, max loss left today and target hit - in plain words, amber or flashing red.

Copy accounts & more

Follow the leader on copy accounts, a live spread box, coloured Chart Trader buttons, and light or dark themes.

Better together

Paired with Prop Desk, it knows your account's rules

With Prop Desk running, Trade Manager shows a live Prop Rules card for the account on your chart - drawdown cushion, daily loss limit, consistency, today's room, payout progress, max size and flat-by time - and uses those numbers for you.

  • Max loss "Set" - one click sets your max loss to the smaller of your trade plan's risk and what this account can still lose today, so one trade can never take you past the daily limit or the drawdown line.
  • Goal "Set Max" - one click sets your goal to the most this account may make today under the firm's consistency and target rules, so a big day never breaks consistency or overshoots the evaluation target.
  • Contract limit - the order quantity box turns red above the firm's max contracts, and the Chart Trader account box shows funded (red) or evaluation (amber) at a glance.

Your rules, your style

BE and Trailer - set them up your way

Left-click does the job. Right-click either button for its settings - they are remembered per chart, and the button always shows what it will do.

BE - break-even, exactly where you want it

BE +1
BE −2  (2 ticks under entry)
BE −1  (1 tick under entry)
BE 0  (entry price)
BE +1  (1 tick profit)
BE +2  (2 ticks profit)
BE +3  (3 ticks profit)
BE +5  (5 ticks profit)

Set offset ticks... (1)
Auto BE after +N ticks... (+12)
  • One click moves the stop to entry plus your offset - the button reads BE +1, BE 0 or BE −2, so you always know where it goes.
  • Quick picks from −2 to +5 ticks, or any offset you type (minus = just under entry, to give the trade room).
  • Auto BE - the stop moves to break-even by itself once the trade is +N ticks in profit. Set it once, forget it.
  • Only ever tightens - BE never moves a stop backwards, and it covers every contract when you add.

Trailer - four ways to lock in profit

Trailer ON
3 Bar back - stop behind the last 3 completed bars
X Bars back - stop behind the last 5 completed bars
Ticks - 20 ticks behind the best price
$ giveback - keep all but $250 of the open profit

Set X bars... (5)
Set trail ticks... (20)
Set giveback $... ($250)
Start after +N ticks... (+16)
  • Bars back - the stop follows the lowest low (long) or highest high (short) of the last 3 completed bars. X Bars back is a second bar count you choose, for a looser trail.
  • Ticks - a fixed distance behind the best price of the trade.
  • $ giveback - keep all of your open profit except $X for the whole position: the stop is placed so you never hand back more than that.
  • Start after +N ticks - let the trade breathe first; the trail only starts once it is N ticks in profit. Add an offset in ticks in the settings.
  • Click Trailer in a trade and the stop moves at once; click it while flat and the next trade starts with the trail on. It only ever tightens.

Custom trade plans

Your own plans per account size and phase (eval, high-risk eval, funded): max risk per trade, day stop, daily goal, break-even point and R. Tick a plan and Load Plan Settings fills in stop, target and contracts for the market you trade - capped at the firm's max size.

⚙

Everything in the settings

Default stop and target ticks, step size for the +/− buttons, max loss and goal in dollars, labels on the stop and target lines, light or dark theme - all in the indicator properties.

Copy accounts

Trade one account, copy to others: copies follow the leader's entries, adds and exits, skip accounts the broker has locked and never open the opposite side of a position you already hold.

Safety first

Stops are never moved back. A trade Trade Manager already manages keeps its stop and target until you are flat - even if something else changes.
