Last updated: 7 November 2026. MKW Consulting ("we", "us") operates propdesktools.com and sells the Prop Desk Tools software.
When you buy a plan we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on up to two computers you control, for the term of your plan (monthly, annual) or indefinitely (lifetime), subject to these terms.
You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or remove license checks from the software, or share your license key. We may suspend keys used in breach of these terms.
The software checks your license with our server (key, product and a NinjaTrader machine ID). See the Privacy Policy. It keeps working offline for up to 72 hours.
The software is a tool for organising and managing your own trading. It is not investment, trading or legal advice. Prop firm rules are entered as profiles and may be out of date or differ from your firm's current rules - you remain responsible for knowing and following them. We do not guarantee any result, including passing an evaluation, receiving a payout, or avoiding a rule breach or loss.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Software, connections and platforms can fail; orders may not be placed, changed or cancelled as expected. You are responsible for monitoring your positions. See the Risk Disclosure.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, account breaches or indirect damages.
